With summer just around the corner, we're previewing the hottest summer read of 2023 — The Summary of Commentary on Current Economic Conditions, better known as the Beige Book.
The 12 Federal Reserve Banks in the United States have joined together once again to compile anecdotes about the current state of the economy. In the latest edition, some regions are laying off workers while resort towns can't get enough. And we find out what housing has to do with work visas.
