Pregnant Stassi Schroeder Is “Sobbing” After Tropical Storm Hilary Floods Baby Nursery

Things aren't going as planned at Stassi Schroeder's house.
As the due date for her and husband Beau Clark's second baby is nearing, the pregnant reality star shared her emotional response after their son's nursery was damaged over the weekend from flooding caused by tropical storm Hilary.
The Vanderpump Rules star posted a video to her Instagram Story Aug. 20, panning the camera around the cream-colored room as water poured out of two lights on the ceiling. Water also made its way through the walls, which began to swell beneath the windows.
"And I was having anxiety about getting the blinds & curtains done in time," Stassi wrote below the clip. "My hormones have me legit sobbing right now. Our nursery," with a crying face emoji.
Beau took to his own Instagram page for a closer look at the damage that was done due to the tropical storm, which included cracked walls and water dripping from the ceiling.
"Today is just a motherf--ker. Are you kidding me?" he wrote. "This is the nursery. Great."
Tropical storm Hilary was downgraded from a category four hurricane before eventually making landfall in Mexico and Southern California. According to NBC News, the storm has broken multiple records for rainfall in Los Angeles, and 25 million people from Southern California to northern Idaho were placed under flood warnings.
Stassi and Beau found out the devastating effects firsthand. And in a second Instagram Story, Beau asked his followers to share any contractor recommendations, adding, "What are the odds we can fix this before the baby arrives?"
Back in March, Stassi announced she was expecting her second child with Beau, who she tied the knot with in 2020. The couple are already parents to daughter Hartford, 2, and each shared the news in a series of sweet posts.
"Secrets stress me out," Stassi wrote March 1 beneath a snap of herself cradling her growing bump with Hartford cuddled next to her. "Baby #2, I love you so much already."
Beau celebrated on his own page with pictures of the trio, teasing, "Yeahhhhhh, we were totally hiding the Bump."
And these days, the countdown to baby number two is on, as Stassi recently took to her page to reflect on becoming a mom-of-two.
"Hartford tribute because she's not going to be my only baby anymore," she wrote on Instagram Aug. 16, alongside a slew of pictures of her and her daughter, "and I feel all sorts of emotions about it."
