Shereé Whitfield Says Pal Kim Zolciak Is "Not Doing Well" Amid Kroy Biermann Divorce

Kim Zolciak is not feeling peachy post-breakup, according to pal Shereé Whitfield.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is giving an update on how her former co-star is doing one month after the "Tardy for the Party" singer filed for divorce from husband of 11 years Kroy Biermann.
"I am in touch with her, and I was shocked," Shereé told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live June 11. "I thought her and Kroy [were] gonna be forever. I'm really sad for them."
Since news of their split broke last month, Shereé says the separation has been difficult for Kim. "She's not doing well," the Bravo star added. "No, she's taking it really bad."
As RHOA fans remember, Shereé had a special role in Kim and Kroy's serendipitous meeting on the series in 2010. The two immediately fell in love during a Dancing With the Stars-themed charity event in which Kroy and Shereé both performed in during season three.
The couple got married one year later in November 2011.
Kim filed for divorce from the former NFL player on May 8 citing that their marriage had become "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation," according to the docs obtained by TMZ.
In the divorce proceedings, Kim—who shares Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia with Kroy, and is also mom to Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21—is also requesting primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody.
On May 16, their split took a surprising turn when Kim filed a motion requesting that her ex undergo drug testing as the court determines custody arrangements for the four minor children. In documents obtained by E! News, she alleged she has seen Kroy "smoking marijuana, and she has serious concerns for the safety and well-being" of their kids.
And while neither of them have issued public statements about the divorce, Kim did share a cryptic message alluding to issues in their relationship on May 24. "Manipulation is when they blame you for your reaction to their toxic behavior," the note, posted to the 45-year-old's Instagram Stories, read, "but never discuss their disrespect that triggered you."
Kim made the breakup Instagram official on June 8 by dropping Biermann from her social media handle.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
